Dissapointed with my Mothers Day flowers, received a tiny bouquet didn't look like the picture online, my husband felt embarrassed as he was expecting a lot more, won't be using this florist in the future,.

Went the extra mile putting the copper wire in with the flours for my 10 year anniversary, but after all that I got the metal lol.

I’d asked for an extravagant rainbow bouquet to be sent to my Mum, as at the last minute we’d had to postpone her birthday visit, and all her presents and cards were with us and couldn’t get to her on time.The florist managed to deliver them earlier than they originally indicated (which was lovely).However, the flowers seemed to be for a funeral - mostly dark purple chrysanthemums with three gerberas. The gerberas were way past their best with slimy stems- one was discarded immediately. The chrysanthemums were not much better and just the wrong flower entirely - nothing good about sending funeral flowers when you’re trying to cheer someone up!!I’ll update this post once I’ve talked to the owner when it opens tomorrow, but so far the only bright point was that they managed to deliver them earlier than they though they could.

I highly recommend Stacey and her business Floral Affaire if you are buying flowers. I randomly selected her number and phoned her from the Waikato and we purchased 2 large arrangements this week to be delivered to family and I had asked for a photo of each bouquet for my elderly Mum. Unfortunately Stacey got incredibly busy that day and delivered the flowers promptly without photographing them. However the following day she made up two replica bouquets to photograph for us and noted any difference in individual flower colours. Thankyou for your outstanding service and communication. We will definitely use your business again.
