Wat Pak Nam New Zealand

Great community center, this Buddhist temple is founded as a branch of war pak nam in Bangkok, a great place to come during thai festivals or just to chill out and make merit

From 2005 this place has been bought and built to be another Thai temple in New Zealand. Wat Paknam NZ is a centre for Thai people who are away from their family and hometown. The place to keep people clam and peachful in a different place from their home.However, Beautiful views, traditional meeting Maori house style, nice Thai people, delicious foods that people cooked and brought them to offer the monks and share to other members. Additional, there are only 3 monks in the massive area and doing Monks' duties. It was impressed me as it was my first time visiting here.My family and I were used to visit Wat Paknam in Phasijaroen, Bangkok, Thailand.Makha Buja day ceremonySunday 4 Mar 2018

Awesome temple

Its great to go and have the children mix with other Thais

Got to experience New Year here in 2023. It was a really nice experience.

When I was study abroad ,this temple is have a nice view and also lovely place to visit for meditation.
