Really great customer service and super fast shipping. We have ordered several times from this shop and will continue to do so. We have had a couple of issues before with a flag due manufacturing issues, and all we do is contact them and they sort it right away. Fantastic service, highly recommend buying your flags from The Flag Shop!

I was walking down the alleyway to the store and was mugged and severely bruised, with a broken leg and one blind eye. Without the help of Tristan Campbell I would have never see the light of day ever again. He was so brave and scared them off with his American muscles and his strong accent. His commitment to the store and customers really takes the experience to a whole other level and for that reason I give you 6 stars. Kia kaha

Great place to do it business with bought a flag pole and a flag ..it was exactly what I wanted ...been back twice more since then to buy more flags ...friendly person to deal with nothing is an issue with the owner of the business ...have told other friends of mine and they have also bought flags from the flag shop...they have many countrys of the world flags .flags are of good quality and competevially priced .will be going back for more flags that I still need ...thanks again the flag shop keep up the good work thanks

After a disappointment of dealing with another manufacturer who wouldn't return calls or emails I turned to The Flag Shop at the last minute - they stepped up!Tim provided excellent customer support and our product was delivered to Wellington when promised and just in time for our function.The Flag Shop has been a delight to deal with and if we ever need more flags I would not hesitate to use them again; I do not hesitate to recommend them.

They were just moving into new premises at 1 Halls Place in chch when I went to purchase a pole along with flag .. the owner was very friendly and was able to meet my needs at what I thought was a reasonable price. I am happy with the pole and flag. So much so I’m gonna buy more. I also bought a solar light on trademe for the flag pole which I think is a great idea. Mines been working very well.
