I have been a loyal customer for years & in the last 3 months I have walked in the Hamilton store & apparently acknowledging a customer is no longer required. Very disappointing. Do better

Fantastic shopping experience at this store with Laren. She is totally amazing! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought lots of beautiful items and will definitely go back. Keep her at this store please, there was no one as good as her in a long time! Beautiful clothes and great service - winning combination!

Please go to Decjuba at the Base - ask for Alana - she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - I just had the best shopping experience of my life. Alana was so helpful, so knowledgeable and knew exactly what would suit me best, and I came out with armfuls of goodies. If I could give no stars I would. Staff stand around doing nothing and don’t even acknowledge their customers. Real shame I use to love going into this store.

This isn’t regarding specific store but Decjuba NZ direct, customer segregation is upheld by management which just makes for the most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced . I’ve been a loyal customer for years and now I’m not deemed worthy enough to enter your stores.

My package sat at pbt couriers for over a week ordered 17th turned up 4th November with blade slice in puffer jacket and squashed hats !!
