Good service but took 13 weeks to order parts, an extra week to to install. Delays are understandable but communication was poor, I had to follow up multiple times there was no initiative on their end to keep the customer updated.

One of the worst customer experiences you’ll face. Charged a premium for a plumber, we paid on the same day. A few days later, the same issue came back. I requested for a revisit, it is now 14 days and they still haven’t scheduled for someone to come! They stopped responding to emails about a week ago. Pathetic of a service, careless and no empathy, especially for something as important as this! We’ve started searching for alternatives.

Great stuff. Brought the car in for some panelbeating work. Was done within a couple of days, good workmanship, nothing to complain about. Plus they gave me a courtesy rental even though it wasn't included in my policy. Nice.

Great service from Charlene and her collegue who came to assist (but unfortunately I didn't get his name) at AA Insurance today and I would like to thank them for their great service. They solved the concerns I had with my car and arranged for it to be sorted out for me. Even though it was not a major problem they didn't make me feel I was wasting their time. In a stressful situation of sorting a car out, this was a extremely positive experience. Everything was stress free with thoughtful, professional and happy staff who clearly like to help. The person I dealt with was amazing and had arranged a Uber, rental car and supplied answers to queries and questions we had. Cannot fault anything.
