I went here for a Brazilian and I was amazed by the atmosphere, kind staff and how thorough they were. It is on the expensive side but I was happy to pay because of the quality of service. They are really good at ensuring you feel as little pain as possible during the wax. Their relaxation room is very nice with tea you can help yourself to and comfortable seating areas. I would definitely recommend this place as they will compensate if its not up to a certain standard of care - you just need to call and let them know if you weren't happy.

I have been to Haylo a few times for specialised peels. Their service is impeccable and the staff are all super lovely and professional. Their relaxation room is a huge bonus too!

I had the best experience here! I had a facial and eye trio treatment with Mel who, first off, is one of the most personal people I've met. Secondly, she did my eyebrows perfectly! I was so pleased with the treatment and she listened and addressed the concerns I had for my facial. It was lush! I also received a few samples of their products to try out at home (which I'll be buying as a Christmas present to myself). 100% recommend!

Always have a great experience at Haylo, the atmosphere is positive and so calming. Staff are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Best spa around!

I went for the eye trio (brow shape and tint + eye lash tint) and had Rachel. I have never had my brows done and was nervous because of hearing about 2000 trend horror stories but rachel was GREAT. I was so assured in her confidence, experience, skill, warm ness and professionalism. I love the job she has done and am gutted to be moving to Auckland - I will have to come by when I’m back! :)Haylo is a lovely salon with great decor and all staff are friendly and professional.

I have been going to Haylo for more than 7 years now. My first visit was just a few months after my first son was born. Haylo is just the perfect place to relax and be looked after. Facial, massages, pedicure, waxing… everything is just amazingly and professionally done. Jess the manager is such an adorable and generous person and Stacey my therapist is the most professional and extremely carrying person.I have always been super happy and satisfied by their treatments and I can’t recommend this place enough.
