Kerry has worked in a number of leadership contexts and had the opportunity to trial and witness a number of approaches. This is extremely useful, as he is likely to know what might work best from his own lived experience. His clarity in providing advice as to how to manage human/staff issues is outstanding. He helped me develop a number of strategic plans for community organizations, understanding both profit and not-for-profit contexts.
