Came here from Christchurch for the escape rooms! We enjoyed them very much and had some great burgers with Polenta fries and loaded fries as well as some very tasty Squeeze Box Hazy APA.What a great place! Thanks!

What a wonderful craft beer brewery! We had the tasting option, trying five beers and our favourite was ‘Wet Exit’, made with fresh hops; so flavoursome. We also had hamburgers and mine was the vegetarian burger which was very good (better than the ones I make). The mini golf course is very interesting with many local features encapsulated such as the ‘island’ of cows based on the real event of cows marooned in this way after the 2016 earthquake.

Been to lots of escape rooms before. We did hermits hut with 2 people. Great experience, above expectations. Place also had a nice bar, enjoyed the craft beer options afterwards

Went for lunch and an escape room - we weren’t too stoked with the food but the beer was great and has been great everywhere in Kaikōura! The staff are super friendly and fun and the hunting hut escape room is really fun! We’re excited to try the bigger one! Mini golf was good fun too!! It’s a real hidden gem of town and we’re also really keen to give the pub quiz night a go!!!

Been here once before and had a great experience with a few of the ladies working. Tried the escape rooms, mini golf and drinks from the bar. Ended up spending a few hours there. Would rate the first visit a 10 star. Thought we’d bring the family with this time. Greeted by an old grumpy guy behind the bar who made the whole experience a little dull so didn’t end up getting any drinks and reluctantly ended up playing mini golf anyway but left straight after. Don’t know if we’d come back again if that guy is there

Great beers and friendly knowledgeable staff. Flight of beers is good value. Mini golf looks basic but is super fun. Don’t be put off by industrial entrance. It’s defiantly worth an hours visit

So worth the stop in Kaikoura. Plenty of beers on tap (11) and 3 ciders on tap. Very affordable drinks and food, great food, including vegetarian and vegan options. Games, mini golf, escape rooms and plenty of parking onsite. Friendly team and overall great experience. Highlight was Poppy the friendly brewery cat.

Went for mini golf and beers and stayed for food. So glad we did, this place is a hidden gem in Kaikoura. Beer is great, mini golf is a laugh and the food, while limited in menu, is outstanding. If you are in Kaikoura you have to come here. Vege Burgers and Polenta fries are awesome and their beer is outstanding.
