Avondale College Early Childhood Education Centre

Both of my children have attended this preschool, they both love it there. The teachers take wonderful care of the children. It's been comforting to know that they are being loved, well fed, challenged, and being helped to develop in their own unique selves. I would recommend this preschool to anyone with under 5s!

Wonderful, welcoming centre with exceptional teachers who get to know and care for the individual needs of every child. Most of the teachers have been at the centre for 10+ years and are truly committed and caring kaiako. The space is engaging and generous in size for the number of children, age groups interact and the centre fosters a whanau enviroment that we valued greatly.

I can't speak highly enough about this centre. The staff are fantastic and create a wonderful environment for the children to play and explore. It has a fantastic family feel, both my boys have been well looked after here.

Can't thank Avondale College ECE for their dedication and commitment towards helping all kids settle in well and have a fulfilling time away from home. Indeed it is a home away from home for my 2 little girls. I highly recommend Christine and her team.

Our family loves Avondale College ECE. The staff are wonderful and treat our kids with love & care. The grounds with undercover play area and beautiful mature trees offer lots of space for the kids to explore and learn.

Early childhood EC is definitely a home away from home for our Son.The centre provides a beautiful, caring environment that nurtures the kids into happy and confident little people.He started when he was 8 months old, with his old brother, both of them really love the teachers. Most of the teachers who were there when they started are still part of the centre which we think is very beneficial.Every day it’s a new discovery, a new story, a new word, he is learning how to be more social with his peers, and how to share and play with other kids.We definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who wants their child to grow up in a happy environment.

A wonderful centre. Safe, caring and stimulating for kids of all ages. Our daughter has attended since 10months old and we cannot recommend highly enough.

We really recommend this centre. We especially value the high staff/child ratios and low staff turnover and therefore long term relationships the (fantastic) carers have with the children. Also chose it because unlike some centres they go on regular excursions and out into the community. Also, would happily eat the meals myself!

Avondale College Daycare is awesome. A loving, open space with a strong community feel and ECEs that have been there for years. It's been a great fit for our nearly 3 year old :)
