Buyers beware. This company do not support the CGA. I bought an item, got it home (in another city) noticed a hole. When I returned and asked for it to be repaired, refunded or replaced the shop assistant did her speech which was very well practiced about the fine print stating they don’t have to do what the consumer guarantees act says. This was on a full price item worn once. I had the receipt, owned 6 weeks. I won’t shop here again.

Worst shop ever. Not only are the staff rude and the shop messy, but they close everyday for over an hour to go and have lunch. Avoid and shop online instead.

I had 3 online purchases to exchange/return and I thought it may have been a drama but it really wasn't. I received very helpful, friendly service from the two ladies working today - on a public holiday no less - and it was so appreciated. Thank you.
