The team designed my workshop on my lifestyle block. The plans were easy to follow and the Engineers supported me through the construction process. I'm using the team to design my house next.

Do NOT use this company.We took this company to the High Court and they did not attend to defend themselves in court as they put in NO CONTEST or whatever it’s legally called.This is quite simple they could NOT defend their position in regards to the three structural defects inherent in their design.If they have done design work for you it probably is not to the Building Code.DO NOT USE THEM … this is a justifiable warning.This case is very unlikely to go the full distance and you can figure out why.We will be building our new home but not with this company.They supposedly designed the concrete slab and piles for our home but did not take account of the ground conditions that are predominant throughout the Auckland region.The concrete slab and piles are un-consented works meaning that they do not comply with the Building Consent and were not authorised by us.We have also been advised by competent engineers that these works do not meet the standards of the NZ Building Code. In court it was agreed by Auckland City Council engineers that the slab had NOT been designed to the ground conditions.Everything that has been built is now having to be pulled down.We are currently taking this company and their partner company to the NZ High Court as well as Home Design Company and the Auckland City Council.You can look up this case free of charge under CIV-2020-404-1426 from the NZ High Court.This was to be our home and now we had nothing but ongoing legal costs.Don’t let it be the same for you.

Excellent service, timeframe and very professional. Went above and beyond providing us with solutions for a complicated project. The result was great for everyone involved. Highly recommend these guys!!

For clarity this is the property owner as my own account has been blocked from making comment.If in doubt about these statements they are under public records from the High Court and the reference number is CIV-2020-404-1426 and you can look it up.Do NOT use this company for any work.They supposedly designed the concrete slab for our home but there was no actual design for the soil conditions which are predominant across Auckland. This was design that was not consented or agreed by us.What has been built does not meet the requirements of the NZ Building Code and is going to be pulled down.There are many un-consented works that had no amendments or minor variations in this build.We are taking this company to the NZ High Court.Ours is likely not the only substandard design this company has done.We have just gone through the Discovery Process and this company refuses to provide any information about how they designed for the onsite ground conditions and there is zero information about this in the discovered documents.
