Poor job and service . Would not recommend .

Made the biggest mistake of my life by hiring this company. We paid for what she quoted for in the name of deep cleaning and to be honest not even a general clean done. We had some points that were pretty basic that even if I give a duster to a 10 year old , they would be able to locate and clean but are still as it is. Example - Had a handyman paint bathroom ceiling a day before, the dust from sanding is still on light switches. very poor!!!

I write this review so that no one has to go through the same horrible experience we did. We booked cleaners so we could take the pressure off the amount of things one has to go through when moving houses. Was contacted by Shristi who gave me a quote over the phone (first mistake) for an end of tenancy clean. When I said I was going to go for another company as I had obviously got a few quotes she offered to drop the price instantly. I should have known this was a scam! I asked where online I could register so I had this in writing to which she said, you don't have to, just give me your details and I will see you on the day (she did not recall our phone conversation at all). She asked for 2 hours to clean and I said she could have as long as she needed. She also guarantees you get your bond back (complete lie - you won't with her level of cleaning). When she arrived she looked at the house and said it was old". Then she went to say the house was "extremely" dirty and needed more money (another scam). She had already decided she was not going to clean it properly and knew that if we wanted her to clean we would have to give her more money

Very poor experience. My flat was barely cleaned, left messier then on arrival. Cleaner stayed under an hour and charged me 150$.

This cleaning company is a scam. They ripped off my parents. Charged $350 to clean windows. Were at house less than an hour and just used a hose. Said there was a chemical but didn’t see evidence. A two story house. No brushes and missed some windows. Kept saying she couldn’t stay long as she was off to Queenstown. Has no skill or expertise. Windows were worse. Took advantage of older people. Absolutely disgraceful!

Terrible experience with this Shrishti Reddy of Abigail cleaning services who had to audacity to come over and check our apartment that needed a move out cleaning . She finally didn’t turn up on the designated day nor did she respond to our calls or text messages . We couldn’t hand over the flat to our property agents as committed . I would rate her as unprofessional and a huge SCAM . Needless to mention how loud she can get! A complaint has been lodged with Bark .
