I was travelling up north so I couldn't pick up my passport by my self. It should have been mailed via post on the next day as I left the country a few days later.I called them to make sure that the passport will be send within the next day.So, as agreed it should have been sent to Auckland. They knew about the urgency but kinda missed it to send it asap. My documents just sat on the desks of the authorities for a days and no one bothered about them. In the end I had to pay extra for the cargo to get my passport on time then and got no refund for the cost as they were acting like it was my fault.Not the service that I expected.

Very unfriendly. Called for help about my police certificate for my visa application and I just got judgement and rude comments about how dare I call if I can't read the website information first.....I had but explained to the guy on the phone I still had some questions regardless. Absolutely rude and unfriendly and unhelpful.. thanks for nothing

I can also say staff extremely rude on the phone. He literally told me to never call again and that I should read the website. So if you have additional questions just don’t, because they don’t want that kind of behavior obviously.

Not helpful at all. They recommended my daughters partner to start the visa application after the arrival in Germany. Weren't helpful in the visa choice at all! Now - 5 months later he has no visa yet. And lost a job opportunity. No job offer waits for you 5 months plus!Very disappointed. My and my daughters land of origin! I hope someone in the embassy reads the reviews!

I'm positively surprised by how fast the Visa process has been carried out. After applying for a National Visa we only had to wait for one week in order to get the results. The communication via e-mail has been very quick and informative as well.All staff members were very friendly and complaisant, though you can defenitely feel that all tasks are carried out with the familiar German accuracy and precision. Thank you for having us!

Called for information about the wherabouts of my new german passport that i applied for earlier and customer service was very friendly and helpful and told me where my new passport is at the moment and an estimated delivery time.Also didn't have to wait for long before someone picked up the phone.

I had to call both the Visa Officer and the gentleman at the front desk about 8 times over the past week with pressing questions and they were gracious about it every time. Even got me a new postage bag when the one I sent ended up getting damaged. Thanks for all your help!
