Had a fantastic time. It was great to be able to access the fabulous dune and zoom into the gorgeous Hokianga water. The boat ride was professional, safe and easy.

Awesome lil boat ride over to the sand dunesPete is a good guy explaining things thoroughly because you can boogie board down the dunes and the ride there and back is cheap and fast 5 stars

Awesome family fun!We took the boat over at 10am and spent 2 hours there. The boards provided were perfect.We must’ve gone up and down the dunes 20+ times! The steeper section next to the left hand flag (if you’re looking at the dunes) is the place to go to get a run down right to the water’s edge.Bring sunglasses or swimming goggles for kids because the sand in your eyes can be tough on a windy day.Definitely an activity you have to do!

Thanks Pete and Hohepa. What a fun couple of hours our whānau had! Easy as to book with Pete and no problems getting there and back. My legs are dead from the hill climbs but sand boarding was well worth the money and time!

Amazing place to be with friends or family. $27 for an adult will get you to the sand dunes and back where you can use a board to slide down the dunes hitting water :)Great fun in the sun!May be good to book in advance (timing wise) as its really busy...
