Saved me from buying a new fridge. I called Yong at 4pm and he came next day and got the fridge defrosted, checked the defrosting element and other parts, gave me advice on how to prevent frosting up. Fridge was too hot at +18 degrees and freezer was too cold at -22. Now both are the correct temperature for food and best life of the fridge
