This company provides false credit reports. They have only one job to keep the credit records correct and they can't do it right. Always mix-up and send apology emails to customers. useless overpaid managers have no idea how to do their job correctly. Worst service I used ever!

Equifax is a terrible company. No local call center, unhelpful in providing a credit score? Its like paying an annual fee to get nothing in return. Call center staff are not able to answer questions and they tell you that they will escalate the problem to a supervisor and then you never hear back but they will gladly take your money for a service they are not able to provide

Absolute rubbish, cleared a phone bill about a year ago and still hasn't clear my credit record, consistently insist that it is Dun & Bradstreet responsibility to refer the clearance to them, was asked to personally email Dun & Bradstreet for the fifth time to have them telling me that they have emailed Equifax thrice, and left it for me to do your job of communication with your cooperating company. This is still going and it has been three weeks. Both companies are unprofessional, unhelpful and lack a sense of responsibility. Will need to seek legal advice to if it remains unresolved, I had enough being sent back and forth between the two. If there is a 0 star rating it would be a negative one.
