If you're feeling a bit lost in life and struggling with anything, I would say trying this out wouldn't hurt. They understand everyone's journey is different and they're very accompanying to how often you would like to meet. I personally struggle with putting words from my head to my mouth in a way people can understand but they help to clarify the muddled feelings you have and turn them in to goals for your future and the best part is you can go through this journey in the safety of your own haven, you don't don't even have to leave your bed if you wish not too.If you have been tossing up the idea, give it a go, because the worse that would happen is you find that it's not for you and that is fine! it won't be for everyone but you'll never really know if you dont try

Can't recommend Darran enough!I went in with very limited insight and expectations into what 'life coaching' was, only that I needed help. I can say hand-on-heart that it was the right choice for me. After four sessions, I feel like I have learned some life-long tools and lessons that will help me overcome future struggles and suffering. My issues revolve around negative self-talk and intrusive thoughts, but my learnings extended far wider.
