Caci Sydenham

Really good knowledge informative staff. A go to if you are a newbie with skin treatments and not too sure where to start.

I had a voucher for a Microdermabrasion and visited Caci Sydenham in February 2022 on a late night appointment. The ladies were nice, but because I was honest about my situation of not having been to a skin clinic before and aren't worried about anything they took advantage of it. My appointment was only 15 minutes long instead of 30 minutes, which I found out afterwards. And I overheard the staff talking about that I was the last appointment for the day even though they were open for another hour and the staff couldn't wait to close up behind me. Otherwise the studio and products looked nice. The Microdermabrasion seemed comfortable and the cleaner was relaxing, but frustrating to know that I only got half of the treatment time.

Chelsey from Caci Sydenham is the best!She is so kind and welcoming, she made sure I was comfortable the entire process (first time for lip filler and second botox)She constantly reassured me, and checked I was OKAlso informing me exactly what she was doing as she was doing it. Little to no pain during the treatment.Her after care information was great too, minimal bruising and little painCouldn't recommend more, we definitely be back

I walked into Casi Sydenham feeling really self conscious about my skin. The minute I entered the door I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Sarah was great at the consultation process and explained about the skin care plan. I have been seeing Rachael who is absolutely amazing at what she does. I can't remember the last time I felt comfortable leaving the house with no makeup.. going to see the team at Casi Sydenham has helped to bring out the best in my skin. I feel amazing every time I leave there :)

Caci Sydenham has truly been so amazing with my skin journey. I have a skin “membership” with them and go and see Rachel there once every 2-3 weeks. I have been struggling with skin issues, and this has been fantastic to ensure I keep my skin feeling vibrant and fresh. The whole team are so welcoming and always offer a warm/cold drink before/after my appointment and the rooms are so calming and comfortable! Can’t recommend them enough :)

I have been going to Caci for a few months now and absolutely love every time I go in! Sarah was fab to speak with in the consultation process (skin membership & VPL) she made sure I had all the information I needed and understood the process and what’s going to happen. Rachel is my therapist and I have complete trust in her when it comes to my treatments, walk out feeling refreshed every time! Although I am not a client of Ann she always greets me as though I am and is always up for a chat. You feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you step in the door.

Super friendly and calm environment, Chontelle and Anna are lovely and I've noticed a major difference in my skin after one treatment. Super excited to continue treatment here!

I had the most wonderful experience the lead up until Christmas. I was tired and my skin was stressed and breaking out . Chontelle was just amazing. She not only fixed my skin but her knowledge was 5 star and I she was so Passionate about skin I could listen to her talk about it all day!! Can not wait to go back and see the ladies . Highly recommend!!!!!

Absolutely love going to Caci Sydenham. Can't recommend this place enough! Staff always friendly and their knowledge is fantastic. You feel as though you are always in good hands. My skin is improving every week. Can't wait to go back! :)
