Shakespeare Orthopaedic Institute
I had an accident end of 2021 and both my thumbs were crushed and severely cut. My right thumb was broken and had cuts to bone both sides. From the time I met Albert Yoon at North Shore Hospital for the operation and the hospital staff there I felt at ease. Albert managed to pin and screw my thumb back together and although it is still healing it is getting better. Albert along with his P.A. Shelley were outstanding to deal with, a great deal of care and great personal interactions through the aftercare service made the aftermath of the accident an amazing experience. Thankyou Albert I really appreciate all your help and expertise.

To the secretary of Mr Clayton Chan, who’s on the phone loudly gossiping and insulting about customers she encounters, calling them F & B several times. This is VERY unprofessional. Especially when there are many of us clients sitting close by and hearing everything you say.Even if we weren’t here. Your actions and language are unacceptable.If you don’t like your job or can’t handle this then maybe find something else to do?
