Exceptional service. Veronica's communication is excellent. Veronica not only skilful in her craft, her customer service is second to none. She takes the time to explain any issues and listens to any concerns I have. She inspected the piano before I bought it from private seller. She offered valuable opinions about piano care. The cost she charged is good. Strongly recommended.

We are very impressed with Veronica's piano service, and grateful for the professional way she completes the piano inspection and assessment, which saved us lots of money. Not only does Veronica do a fantastic job on piano tuning, but she also offered valuable advice on how to look after our new grand piano. Moreover, Veronica has intricate knowledge of how pianos work, as well as strong technical skills. She recently helped us with resolving a problem that happened to our piano within seconds, which was amazing. We couldn't recommend Veronica enough.
