Absolutely great team. Called in the morning and some one was out to me by lunch and car was fixed by the next day. Team all friendly and went above and beyond to get me sorted in a timely matter. Really appreciated. Would recommend.

Many thanks Shane & Tania for your excellent service this morning, when my car wouldn't start (flat battery). After an SOS to family friend Jason S, he phoned your shop & Paul contacted me to advise Riley was on his way. Riley arrived 5 or so minutes later & within around half an hour of my original SOS call to Jason, my car was going again. I was travelling past Cambridge when my car broke down, ST automotive organised the required parts and got me back on the road asap. I got to the trade show I was going to nearly on time and I didn't have to mess around with hire cars etc. Fantastic!

Took car there to get fixed was told a couple of weeks ended up sitting there for months. Got car back and they didn’t even have the bonnet put on properly was way off to one side. Ended up taking car back there multiple times to get what we were told was fixed but it wasn’t. Would not recommend.

My 18 year old new restricted driver was driving home from Palmerston North to Auckland, was forced to stop at a petrol station at Hautapu with engine trouble. I Googled and phoned ST automotive on his behalf. They could not have been more helpful, he drove to them they diagnosed the problem and sent him on his way. No charge! Excellent service, caring, going above and beyond.
