Worst customer service ever had a mobile plan going with them and thinking to buy a new phone so I visit the store the guy with the big mustache have no idea about customer service no greetings, don't know how to deal with a customer. So bought the phone from Vodafone Tauriko

Had Ash serving me after wanting to purchase the IPhone 14 Max, highly recommend him. Customer service was very pleasant and had great knowledge of the phone / plans. Even saved me a bit of money on my purchase!

Terrible customer service. They never answer their store phone. When I make the time to go in store, they don’t have any information. I suggested maybe I need to cancel my plan and move to another Telecom provider and they were more than happy to let me do that, I’ve been with 2 Degrees for years. They simply do not care about their customers, don’t care about my loyalty or anything. I’m not a person to make a scene so I definitely don’t think I was rude. Not happy, will definitely consider taking my business elsewhere.

Worst store I have even been to, the most arrogant worker that just argued with me I feel like changing providers whatever you do don't come to thos store your better of spending an hour on hold.

Definitely the best experience hassle free moving to 2 Degrees. More affordable than the other companies but it does not lack in quality. Ash George is the best, he is very knowledgeable and it will explain everything to you how it works and he will deal with any situations the may arise. Highly recommend!
