I have found Public Trust to be exceptional in the work involved in my late sisters estate. Communication is extensive and timely, the work is moving forward quickly and efficiently, the cost is not prohibitive. I have been very pleased with the way the Public Trust has handled the affairs.

Dunedin public trust is the dodgiest outfit I've ever come across.they lack transparency, give zilch documentation, disclose nothing about what they do with your money,talk down to their clients like idiots.yet they gab confidential information to total strangers and friends without pause.caught them at it on cellphone..seems like normal to Carry on this as a Southern Public Trust office.place needs to be shut down permanently until staff is replaced with a clear contract of behavior is established..its a Dam disgrace, and the place is run by overpaid chipmunks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! 6 months of hollow apologies and every excuse under the sun for not getting work completed. Multiple on the day cancellations after we had taken time off work. Incorrect appointment bookings and an incredibly low level of service overall. Hard to imagine someone would entrust their assets to the incompetence of the staff that work here.
