Do yourself a favor and go to this mechanic. He takes his time to talk to his customers, understanding what the issue is and of course to figure out the best possible solution. I thought he was a very fair, honest and professional mechanic .

This is a great little business that deserves to do very well - the owner is very knowledgeable, totally customer focused, honest, and charges very reasonable rates. My infotainment system failed a few weeks after my car's warranty period finished and Tom found a much better solution than the original proposal by the retailer, saving me thousands of dollars. I was charged only after successful completion. Highly recommended!

Tom is defenetly the best mechanicien ever. Honest, helpful and reactive!!If you have a problem, never hesitate to ask him for help!We repaired our van with him many times and never were disappointed. Hard to find a friendly and honest mechanic in NZ, but we found the ONE.Wish you all the best.
