We bought a house which comes with a jet spa. Andy and his team has done amazing job to clean, service and set it to use. They have been so patiently answer our concerns and guide us to use. Fast delivery service with very reasonable price! I feel their goal is genuinely to help people who have spa to get the maximum enjoyment of it! My son has absolutely loved swimming in the warm jet spa after school everyday! Thank you!

Buying and installing the spa pool was a good experience. However, soon after one of the control dials began to rust and we contacted them to find a replacement. Two years later, with numerous follow ups, and we are still waiting for the part. I wouldn’t say that post sales support is their greatest strength.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Contacted for support information and spare parts for LEISUREITE SPA POOL. Dealt with Daryl who stated that the company was the LEISURITE AGENT (as they advertise on their site). However he refused to give me the manufacturer/parts numbers for the parts that I required - saying that it was PROPRIETARY INFORMATION" belonging to his company. He stated that he would sell me replacement parts - but not identify them

I had been having trouble with my spa for a very long time as it's quite an old model. Andy and Jarrod assessed my spa and gave me a plan of action to have it working like new. Communication was ongoing, Jarrods customer service was excellent and I'm confident that I've finally got the right team going forward for maintenance and repair. Highly recommended company..
