Absolutely fantastic. Forgot my car was going in and never dropped it in till lunchtime. This was no problem for them. Supplied me with a courtesy car and still had mine ready for 7.30 am next day, that’s what I call customer service. Not only that they were also the best price. First class.

Absolutely amazing service. Just rang for a price found it was so cheap I jokingly said I know it would be a miracle but could you fit us in today as we live 3 hours away but are in town today. Despite being close to Christmas we drove home with a shiny new towbar today and very impressed. Thanks &Blessings Brent

We (from Auckland) had a parcel delivered to Designer Bar by mistake, that was meant for someone else. A lovely lady called Maureen called us to let us know they had received it. Not only she went out of a way to send me details, but even offered to post it out to the right address. Hard to find businesses and people with such integrity. If this is the type of service they offer to complete strangers and I can only imagine that their customers service and products would be nothing, but exceptional. Many thanks for your help.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Customer service and quality of the job done is exceptional. Tow bar was fitted within the time frame stated, they were very respectful of my car to the point that they fixed an existing miss alignment with my rear bumper when putting it back together. And after sales support was awesome as well, had to go back to get the tow-bar adjusted so I could use a different tow ball and they had it sorted within 10 mins and even touched up some missing paint after I damaged it at no extra cost! If your looking for a tow-bar this is the place to go :)
