I like this branch simply because it's my closest and also it's an express branch. You can't browse through the aisles like other branches. You can order for collection, delivery etc. Or you can call in and buy over the counter.

It's not a shop where you can look around. Rather, you buy it online and then go pick it up. Alternatively, you can just go and ask for whatever you are after providing it is in stock, and they will go and grab it for you from their stock.Yes, it is simple, easy, and fast service.If you want to demo anything, you may have to go to a different store as you won't find any display items. It's more like a parts warehouse where you walk in the door and there is just a big service desk to walk up too.It all good if you know what you are after.

The young man sorry don't know his name.At far end of store.Was fantastic looked at a printer bought 2 yrs ago at PB St Lukes.and weren't interested I couldn't get it to print.This young man at Henderson branch was amazing.Jo

Went into pickup a vaccum cleaner. Small store with no displays. Only go there if you know what you are buying. The service was quick and effective. They do offer Laybuy option for an additional fee.

We came in on Saturday and didn't know it was an express store. The security guy explained the process and is so good at his job. Great service when we got to the counter. Really good experience. Thank you!

got my laptop fixed here. was told it could take 3-5 weeks but they got it back to me within a week and a half! was served by Kyeron who was lovely and on to it, seemed very knowledgeable about the product and how to fix it. was also served by Sean who was so sweet and nice to me. very trustworthy place 5/5
