Went into Te Awamutu Bed Bath and Beyond today specifically to buy items I had seen in the flyer. After looking around for the items for ten minutes with no assistance, or even acknowledgement from any of the three staff who were chatting to each other but not the customers I decided to leave and purchase the items from another outlet - not BBB- that understands basic customer service. Very disappointed

Just been into the store today. And was blown away by the customer service of Josie. I was carrying my 11 month old and 2 pillows and she offered to carry them to the car for me. Not many places offer to go above and beyond like that and was really appreciated. Thank you!

Called the store Wednesday morning with a product enquire as to weather they had it in stock, only to be told rudely I'm sure we have the item just call in, I'm too busy. Assistant was very unhelpful.
