Vinod and the team were superb in communicating with me during the installation of my system and as I sold my house a year after installation, in the process of signing over to the purchaser of my house. I definitely saved money on electricity in the year I had the system and would have happily continued using it if I has remained in the property.

One star based on the poor customer service. Hours of time wasted on the phone to sort out a technical issue which after weeks of battling am now waiting for a call back (again) to get an appointment from the technician to come and sort it out.

Interesting to read previous reviews of bad service - our experience at the beginning of 2023 was outstanding - proactive comms and incredibly friction-free and quick process (for a transition that's pretty complicated). Eshita was especially outstanding in here care and attention.

Absolutely first class regarding accessibility to advice and instructions on how to use the system. We had been looking for solar for some time and these people had all the answers but to top it off it was affordable. Would recommend them to anyone.

One star basedon poor and ineffective service. 35 days 10 calls and 6.5 hours time wasted on the phone trying to get a technical issue sorted out.Several promises that a local technician will contact me to arrange a visit but no contact received.
