Just had Blair up here and my transparent bridge was working perfectly within 10mins! Something the Geeks on Wheels crew couldn't do in 3 hours (don't worry, they refunded all my money). Thanks to the Need-a-Nerd team and their knowledge with Ubiquiti transparent bridging tech along with their great customer enquiry service (thanks Carl).

Having had problems with our Smart TV freezing with our wifi, I contacted Need a Nerd. The communication with both Carl and Blair was excellent, and responsive. The problem we had has been solved, and if I have any future IT problems at home, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Need a Nerd again. Great service, and I thoroughly recommend this team. Blair is a great ambassador for the business. Well done, and a big thanks from us. No more interrupted, buffering Netflix! Bliss.

My desktop literally died as I was using it for work. I'm a self employed contractor, so needed the thing to get back up and running as quickly as possible. The competition couldn't make it for a week, so I contacted Carl at NAN. He had Blair come by within an hour or two who fixed the problem as well as a couple of other things that had been niggling me for ages. Both Carl and Blair have been outstanding to work with and I won't think twice before using them the next time I have an IT issue (and there will be a next time of course). I highly recommend them and thanks again for your speedy response. Awesome work, cheers guys.

Called on Monday because I couldn't figure out my router/net issue. Only have certain times available during work hours but the guys fitted into my schedule and found there was another issue causing my router problem. Set up a work around and I'm stoked. Shout out to Blair and Carl for making it easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Blair is absolutely outstanding. He has sorted our various technology issues both at old home and now at new one. Excellent advice and recently gave my laptop a new lease on life! Excellent service. Would absolutely recommend Need a Nerd to sort out your issues. A see there are only five stars but I would give them 10!!!
