Used Nice Kitchens for our development properties and about to use again for our own home. Always amazed at quality and skill of staff. We have had a few issues at times, but they've addressed any concerns promptly and professionally. Can't ask for more than that.

I utilised nice kitchen about seven years ago. I was very impressed by what was extremely good value for money. It was a large kitchen and as I recall it cost $8k. I had been quoted more than $40k by other firms for a kitchen of significantly inferior quality to the kitchen Nice Kitchen supplied. . I really couldn’t believe the outstanding value for money I received. The kitchen was installed very efficiently and to a high standard. I couldn’t fault my new kitchen or the way in which it was quickly and efficiently installed. Hence my 5 star rating, which is completely independent and genuine. Quite frankly you would have to be mentally deficient not to employ this firm to supply and fit your next kitchen.

Sought quote for overhead kitchen cabinets. Received a fair and acceptable quote for change of colour to doors/panels. However, upon slight modification to the quote - change in measurements and 1 less cabinet being sought - the final quote for each unit was bumped up excessively/significantly, without an acceptable and justifiable reason. Utterly appalling way to treat potential customers! Would NOT recommend! Have now received quality cabinets and far superior service elsewhere. Your greed has cost you several thousand dollars in this sale and further sales in the future.

Amazing service. From initial showroom visit all the way through the project Julia at Nice Kitchens was super helpful and organized with everything. End result surpassed expectation especially because of the price. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Devina at Nice Kitchens helped us from start to completion with the entire design and practical ideas. She always calls you to discuss ideas. I had originally requested designs from mitre10, Bunnings and local kitchen designs and they just wanted to sell us kitset shells. At Nice Kitchen, they actually construct all cabinets free of charge if requested and also fabricate the sinks and ovens into your engineered stone or wood tops. For like a fraction of the price that others charge. I know, because I did a lot of research. I’ve received my entire kitchen cabinets and it looks amazing. They won’t send stone top until we have final measurements. They actually care what your kitchen looks like. Not often you get service such as this. I love that Devina always replies to emails and always calls to discuss the kitchen plans.Very professional and high standard. Highly recommend AAA+++

Nice kitchen, as this business called themselves turned out not to be so nice in de end.In the beginning everything was fine, apart from the long waiting times which is to be understood. However this dramatically changed as our kitchen project progressed.Contractors involved in this project did not speak English at all ! this combined with a terrible and grumpy attitude made explaining and trying unless to change kitchen plan mistakes very hard but in the end, we got there and the kitchen was installed.Sadly, within 2 days, one of the cabinets door fall out ! a wrong screw was used and the hinge totally broke and our brand new cabinet door was on the ground.Anyways .. finally, three weeks later, another grumpy dude showed up at my place unable to communicate much and simple replaced the wrong screw using the same already damaged door, not to my surprised anymore at this point, after I complained about this, I was unable to get a better more professional service from this company, as they simple relied in the fact that the issue was (most probably temporally sorted)Lastly - the quality of the materials used by this company look and feel cheap, not very solid or nice at all - finishing areas, corners and so on were done in a rush and not very professionally.The customer service was terrible as well.Overall - Please pay a little bit more and hire a different company to do your precious kitchen.I hope this help.J.

Our kitchen has just been installed and it is perfect! Everyone at Nice Kitchens (especially Bessie) have been great to deal with. Fabulous communication, they listen to exactly what you want and find a way to make it work, and the prices are so reasonable compared to other kitchen companies we looked into. The quality of the cupboards and drawers are very high quality. It is definitely a high end custom made kitchen. We are thrilled! Thank you to everyone at Nice Kitchens :)
