We are based in Whakatane so David brought the unit down from Auckland himself and arranged for a plumber and electrician to be there to facilitate the installation. It was amazing service, especially as another outfit never even bothered to get back to us. He then stayed in touch for the next week or so checking on how it was going. Could not fault his commitment and passion to his company and product. Would highly recommend to everyone.

David of HPPS is most friendly, informative and professional; from the first time we met when he appraised our pool heating requirements, through the quote stage, the installation and the after installation follow up. He has excellent communication skills keeping us very well informed throughout.The heat pump he installed works extremely well maintaining our large pool's temperature between 25 and 27'c which is exactly the temperature we required. The unit runs very quietly and is unobtrusive. Overall we could not have done better that to have used David and HPPS to supply and install our pool heater. I recommend him to anyone requiring to heat a swimming pool.

I purchased a heat pump from HPPS a while back. David was friendly and helpful, showed up on time with the installer, and everything went really well. I did have a problem with the fan blade quite a bit later while it was still under warranty. I went back to David and he sorted it out with the manufacturer very quickly and all has been perfect ever since. Would happily use his services again.

We shopped around and did our research when we decided to heat our pool, including looking at these reviews before we finally went ahead. David is a professional, we were fully installed within a week of the initial phone call, including additional electrical work to get sufficient power to our pump house, he also took the time for additional check-in calls daily for a few days to determine everything was running correctly. If all businesses operated this way the world would be a much better place. A+ from us, a very easy experience.

David helped us with a new pool heater installation as well as a couple of pool covers (a heat blanket and a debris cover).I'd unreservedly recommend talking to David. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough with everything from quoting to arranging installations and after-install work. Good prices too!

Nothing less than 5 stars from these guys. Knowledgeable, great product and no pressure. David had us up and running in less than 7 days and even came out on the weekend to look at the set up so he could give us the right advice. Much appreciated.
