This review is specifically refers to the agent name Charlotte Cairns. We bought property at 5 flannery road pokeno. We signed contract including chattles but on settlement we did not receive then. When we talk through solicitor to vendors we figured out they were never included. And despite that she blatently lied to us. I have serious concerns. Do not buy your house through her. For her comission it seems like she is prepared to deceive any buyer in future too. If you see her then run.

Fantastic͏ ExperienceWe engaged Rob in early 2022, during a time that was quite stressful in our lives, with my partner diagnosed with Cancer, and passing 4 months later from diagnosis. From the get go Rob was very helpful in coordinating contractors to prepare the property for sale to executing the deal on Auction day. I would like to thank Rob for being patient with us, when times we were not always able to provide the information required. Rob kept us informed of the market, and for us to view this realistically. Great communication all the way, very professional in his approach, but also compassionate with our circumstances. We finally got there in the end and our property was sold. 5 star experience.
