I purchased a late model, black Kia and I was not notified that the black plastic trim had faded, or that this was a common problem.When I purchased the vehicle all of the plastic trim was black (and looked fantastic) as it had been concealed with some kind of black polish/paint (thanks to the rain this was highlighted straight away as it washed off on my trip home).When I notified the sales person they advised me I’d have to bring the vehicle all the way back, which is a 2 hour drive each way there and back, and only in business hours to have their detailer look at/repair it.During the sales process they were helpful/friendly enough but I am completely unimpressed with the dodgy concealment of the damage to the car, the total lack of empathy or regard for repairing it.So with that in mind I would not recommend buying a car from these guys.Check out the photos…

I had the vehicle freighted up to Auckland, it arrived in mint condition, the freighting Company was a pleasure to deal with as well.
