Excellent. Discussed the problems with the plumber who understood exactly what the repairs entailed. He carried out the work efficiently with no hesitation and knew what he was doing. He showed me the defective parts that he replaced. He was polite at all times. The company itself responded very quickly to my call. All round most impressed

Had a couple of problems with water cylinder and over flow pipe leaking, came out the day I rang and great follow up visit when repair needed tweaking. Henry was polite, professional, clean and tidy, he contacted me directly to ensure there were no further problems. Excellent service and would recommend their services.
