First Auto Electrical

Paid $120 yesterday for a switch not to be repaired and a squirt of grease (part of it on the window and frame, rather than where needed).The broken bit on my passenger seat and the dirty rag were probably the New Customer Welcome Package.Went back today to ask if that was the average quality of their service. The guy cleaned the grease of the window. Thanks so much, I do feel it's worth the price, now...

They diagnosed my Cigarette lighter fault gave me 2 spare fuses cleaned my Cigarette lighter Terminals consulted me on the input output wattage voltages checked my phone charger input output voltages young guy I dont know his name he had a moon boot on his right leg he was experienced fully Knowledgeable and told me the phone chargers to avoid as my truck is 24 volts so I shouldn't use 12 volt charges i was glad his recommendations were excellent and I know all my gear I have is safe to use in that cigarette lighter they charged me $12 I thought that was excellent would I go here again yes most definitely.

I’ve been having ongoing battery issues so just dropped in on the off chance they could assess my battery’s state. Was met by a lovely lady in reception who immediately came to check it. Within minutes I had a new battery installed! Thank you so much, I will be recommending your services to all my family and friends. Sandy.

Fast and friendly service, was able to help when many other places were not. Highly recommended for battery diagnostics and charging.

I take no pleasure in saying this.1. They didn't ring back to say that they'd finished the job. I waited all day to find out if they'd finished.2. Said they fixed my lights on the bus.Tried the lights at the end of the street and they still weren't working.3. Drove back and there was literally no one there. The place was still open but deserted for 30+ minutes. Anyone could have taken anything from there.4. Said that the bus was originally wired in such a way that the lights would always blow unless they rewired the whole thing.6. Charged me nearly $600to fix the problem.7. Driving home, the bus stank of electrics burning.8. When I got home, the lights weren't working again.Seriously appalling work and service.

My Audi A1 recently had a problem with its Aircon - after getting a couple of quotes it's clear First Auto Electrical are very honest and genuine with their work. Great job, would recommend and use again!

Had an indicator problem with my car. Quick call, was in and out before I knew it. Reasonable cost for a quick look a bit of a solder and awesome customer service from Josh!Cheers guys!
