Good store, friendly staff and good range. Unfortunately you never know if they are open or when staff will be back from lunch. 45 minutes so far standing outside... Very frustrating.

Henri, what a legend!Went in not knowing how to refit my coil and he guided me through it!Also provided awesome information on different types of juice; freebase and salts.I think it's important to add he helped me with info on how to reduce my nicotine intake which is one of my goals.All in all I left feeling well treated, well informed and confident about vaping.Will be back to try Simply E-liquid for my next juice!

Incredibly impressed by the Customer Service provided by Henry ... After some not do great experiences in this here shop... He was friendly , polite , informative , a.d super helpful. And even helped me personally as an advocate for Vaping over Smoking .. very impressed. And am not a high reviewer .

Spent alot of money on a decent vape had it not even a week and a drink was spilled on it fair my problem I own that but I went in to get it sorted and was told nope not our problem warranty doesn't cover it but can give you a 20% discount on a new mode???!! Really???
