Collins Memorial Reserve
We stopped here before our ferry to the North Island. Quiet clean place. Toilets clean and in order. It is not possible to stay overnight.

Excellent brand new, clean modern toilet facilities. Please note this is not a freedom camping area and sinks are only for hand washing. Also nice if you need to check your messages or make a quick call between Blenheim and Picton as there is reception.

Collins Memorial Reserve
Free camping for any type of vehicle with very basic facilities. Great location on the way to the Picton ferry. Only 12 spaces available. We got one of the last two spots left. You park so close to each other. Since it is so close to the main road it can be very noisy. Toilets were okay. There are benches, saw one with a shelter.

Great stopping place just out of Picton. Bathrooms and picnic area. Camping isn't allowed any more even for self contained vehicles. There's a little walking track out the back of the reserve if you want to enjoy the surroundings.
