My hubby ordered coffee online few minutes ago. When we got there, no coffee was ready. The lady on duty said that they didn’t receive our order. Tablet was off. This wasn’t the first time that this happened to us. Few weeks ago, we ordered coffee online around 5:30am. We were on a rush, coz we’re about to be late for work. When we arrived, no coffee ready for us. Sadly, hubby got late for work.What’s the point of promoting “order coffee online, skip the queue” if it doesn’t serve the purpose?

I’m not sure if the lady at the checkout is a racist or likes to help her customer based on her personal preference.I was at the check out patiently waiting for 5 minutes today as it was unattended, when this lady came to the checkout I even said hi to her, she ignored me and went straight to check out for all the other customers behind me. The other staff even reminded her that ” this gent came first”, and she still chose to ignore me after that. First time having this kind of experience, very disappointed and will not visit Z again.

This place represents the service that I expect from Z Energy (as does Harris Road Z). I don't know why Z Botany Downs just can't get customer service right - never mind, there are still Z station managers and staff out there that embody the Z vision for customers.

Pathetic Customer Service by pacific lady on the counter around 5.54pm today . 8/06/22 .I was waiting at the counter, while she does her own shelfing , she needs to be taught customer service language. Not even a sorry or to greet .Its a waste of time to wait around with those type of CSR.

Friendly staff, make my coffee in a breeze. With a smile also.Everything stocked nicely. . Good selection of sweet treats and pies. Reasonably priced.Not too busy, good location
