I had a very positive, productive experience with public trust around my will, very happy with the service and feel secure with how my details will be handled when I'm gone. i nearly did a will years ago but didn't complete but this time it was pretty straight forward to get it sorted.

This office very unprofessional told us 3 to 4 months to sort Dads will. Nine months it took. Heaps of mistakes mucked us around all the time. I had to take time off work to try and sort it. Disgusting your team should be more professional. Now we have been charged nearly $6000 for this. DO NOT USE THESE people they rip you off. Very angry. Will be taking this further.

I agree with the review.........do not reply to phone messages or. Emails...This is in regard to a family trust......DO NOT USE THEM...INCOMPETENT IS PRAISING THEM..............
