Educare Kitchener Road

Our son has attended Educare, Kitchener Road, since he was 10 months old, he loves it and so do we as his parents!We feel very comfortable and at ease knowing that our son is being taken care of by the fantastic team.Everyone is very friendly, approachable and most importantly they play a huge part in helping to teach/support/care for our boy! He's learning so much!:)

Educare Pukekohe is a great place. The ratios are low, the teachers are loving and caring. I love that they listen to what my needs are and care for my daughter as though she is one of their daughters.

My daughter has attended Educare Kitchener Road for 4 years and is now off to school. What an amazing centre and fantastic journey it has been being apart of the kitchener road whanau. The teachers have all done such a wonderful job caring and providing for and teaching my girl. She has developed amazing bonds with every staff member and other children and we will truly miss seeing all of your faces! A huge huge thank you to everyone at the kitchener road centre ❤️

AMAZING centre. Great teachers. My son attended for 2.5 years and was always happy to attend, he made so many solid friendships with not only the other children but the teachers too. He was always happy after daycare. Wish I'd sent him sooner!

CAUTION. We are in the process of pulling our children from this centre. In July 2021, we complained about our child escaping the centre onto the road multiple times, which fell on deaf ears with centre management initially. It was only addressed once we had to involve the Ministry of Education. The centre lacks the ability to adeuqately supervise my children and we caught the centre acting under ratio. When I complained to the Ministry again, I was made to feel like I wasn't allowed. Sacha - the Education manager - was beligerant and demanded I come to the centre directly in future. I was then accused of abusing a teacher (while holding my daughter) when the teacher unexpectedly confronted me about my complaint infront of another parent. The centre has been extremely defensive since I complained and has made me and my family feel belittled. We have had x3 children go through ECE and have loved every centre we have been to however the experiences we've had at Educare have been far from close to satisfactory. The arrogance of the Education manager and the owners are the reason why we're leaving - NOT the staff members or centre managers. Hopefully they can get some new management in at the higher level to support the hard working teachers like Lauren, Rachel, Jade (left), Rhonda, etc, on the frontline.
