Serenity Float and Massage Clinic

First time attending a couples float here yesterday - was very pleasant and an awesome, calming experience. Was welcomed by the owner upon arrival who was absolutely lovely, very happy and genuine and met another staff member who was also very lovely and she helped answer any questions and sales we had. Would recommend, and we will be back again for sure!

Got a float as a gift from my mother. Went in super excited hoping the float would help my debilitating migraine. I lasted about 5 mins in the water until the searing pain in my nether regions became too much for me to handle. I hopped out and got dressed before going to talk to the lady at reception. Her reply was along the lines of oh yeah that happens". I then went and sat in the room in the back while I waited for someone to come get me as my migraine had become so bad I couldn't drive. Between that time and when I left

staff were all so nice and friendly, very accommodating. The setup is beautiful very peaceful and relaxing, would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Love Serenity, have used two of the float tanks and the sauna. The atmosphere is super relaxing, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Looking forward to trying more offerings.

1st timer, and I'll be back. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was super relaxing. I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable.I'm not sure why, but I felt extremely calm and happy for days.

Went for my first float with them today, and I have to admit i was nervous coming into this as this was my first float, and i didn't know what to expect. From the moment i entered serenity. I was warmly greeted by the gentleman who was at the front desk, i unfortunately forgot his name but he was super cool, very easy to talk to, he gave me a good run down of what the room was and what was what and all. I decided to go with the tranquility room, which was slightly smaller of the other rooms, but i wanted to feel incased.It was quite the experience being shut off from the outside, but it was exactly what i needed.After i finished, someone had just canceled for a massage as i was sitting down, so hey, how about that for good timing. I decided to get a massage with Saskia ( I hope i spelled her name correctly) she was very good, and i have unbelievable tight muscles, especially around my hips and lower back, which she focused on releasing them and my goodness it was sore but needed, she was very mindful through the whole massage making sure i was ok and to say anything at all if the pain got to much. The end result was my back and hips felt as if they had melted in a good way. I would highly recommend her if you need a good message. I'm definitely coming back again.Thank you, Serenity

Really cool place. There’s mood lighting throughout and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. I went in for a sauna, the room was super clean and the sauna even had Bluetooth so you can listen to a podcast or music while you’re in there!

Totally positive experience!!!Lovely clean facilities & welcoming gentle staff.Float was so relieving to my old injured mind & body.Great massage by Saskia whom I thoroughly enjoyed meeting.Can't wait to return. Thanku!
