Basecamp Adventures Queenstown Climbing Centre
Very nice climbing gym with routes and boulder. I've just tried the boulder part and it was really good ! Plenty of different terrain (overhang, slab, cave) different styles as well (dyno, crimp, volume etc.) for all level. Beginner or expert you'll have fun there !

Jenny did really well to cater to our group, which was a mix of skill sets, some low on confidence and some high. We did the introduction to mountaineering day trip. All the party members got a great experience. Thanks!

Basecamp Adventures Queenstown Climbing Centre
We were visiting from Melbourne and spent a fun few hours at this gym before getting on our flight. They use the space well, fitting in ropes/lead, autobelays, speed wall (2/3 size), great boulder problems including 'slab of the week', moon board, and cave area. There is also a training area for 16+yos. Would definitely visit again.

Clean gym, solid & secure holds, fully functioning top-ropes, routes from easy to expert, auto-belays for when you don't trust your mates. A great place to go spend an hour even if you have zero experience. No gear necessary!

We would like to thank our guide, Suzanne, for the wonderful experience for our snow shoeing. She's a very wonderful and patient guide even though it was our first time on an alpine mountain. We felt really safe and cared for because of her. Thank you again for making our time in NZ extremely memorable.

BaseCamp Adventure QT it's like my second home/Family.I joined the climbing center in February and since then i spent more time there than in my house. A huge, Massive thanks goes to the all team who is doing a wonderful job everyday.Jack, Alex, Lil, LJ and all the people who still work there and i forgot to mention, you guys are pure legends.Always helping around and giving us tips how to improve.Thanks for being my NZ familyMax :)

Went to the Clip N Climb with family. Anyone can have fun here but it gets challenging enough for semi experienced climbers. The staff were very friendly and provided free tap water. They even managed to keep it cool enough in 28° weather! The place wasn't busy at all and was reasonably priced at $25 each. Great place to spend a few hours in Frankton.
