The staff were amazing. Family were making their way back to Auckland from Matamata and had a blow out. They could not find the correct tyre at any local suppliers. I phoned Ingham at 4pm, they picked up a tyre from there supplier and had it ready to fit by the time the car arrived at 4.30pm. Amazing service. They went out of their way and it was very much appreciated.

Amazing service from the team at Ingham. They fit us in at short notice and got us back on the road with zero fuss at a very reasonable cost. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy other than I didn't get the free mini wash and vacum on my car as advert states but to there credit when they were informed of this they have apologised and have offered me a complementary wash and vacum. I did expect an answer re the Renault call back fault on the breaks and assumed your team did not contact Renault as discussed but I missed an email explaining that I have to deal with Renault direct and Ingham will assist if they need any more info.So I am very happy to post this edited review.

Im a repeat customer due to there service last year.This year i completed my WOF plus brake and transmission work all at a competitive cost.The team also provided a comllimentary wash and vacuum! My car looking brand new! The team are great, appreciate the awesome service.

These guys will try to rip you off and are gutless people. If you don't know about cars, you are in for big trouble, just stay clear from these guys.I went for a WoF inspection, and they gave me a hefty price tag for a non-existent issue. I took it to my trusty mechanic, and he was surprised. He did a small jig which was basically nothing, no cost, and I took pictures as proof. I went to them, did the WoF again, and passed immediately. The whole process was a waste of time because I had to drive back and forth, skip work, and wait for the inspection to finish. My car received a premium service before the WoF inspection, but these guys decided to fail the WoF and try to make money off me.Update, there was no perishing part, nothing to replace the comment from owner is incorrect. They were trying to charge for replacement of parts, labour and rebalance the tyre.

Im pretty happy with the level of service. Staff were friendly. They kept in contact with me and clearly explained everything so the price and time taken were as expected. Will def be back.
