Z - Eastside - Service Station

Indian lady this morning gave me an attitude because she didn't know the details about a promo. I tried to explain to her that it's stated on the refrigerator she was denying it then ended up scoffing and giving it to me. I saw another customer look at the promo and she said I was right. I wouldn't have been offended if she wanted to double check for herself but it's the fact she kept telling me no when I was certain I was right. I will say that I love the Maori lady that works there, she's always lovely.

Went in to buy a vape,asked lady about disposable vapes she gave me a complete blank look tryed to explain got a blanker look ( which was hard to do from the first blank look) had to buy smokes out of frustration,z train you staff better

Awesome service! Polite service inside/outside from any of the attendants. Not so long ago I popped in during a busy time period and the young guy was only asked to check my water, but he checked the water for the wipers, the oil and washed my window in quick time and maintained the same service for other motorists. He had a calm and pleasant manner. No one was left waiting. I love popping into this Z shop too! :) FYI - the loo is outside and you need to ask for the key :P

What's happened to the service? There used to be a couple of friendly and helpful staff. The customer service has dropped so much in the last few months and more recently it's declined to the point of being nonexistent. The service has been replaced by the current staff's laziness, poor attitude, rudeness and total lack of understanding of what customer service is.Customer service is NOT:- A staff member suddenly disappearing from the counter when they've seen a customer arrive, leaving the customer standing at the pump waiting for the staff member to return just to unlock the pump.- Leaving the shop unattended for several minutes (a dream for a thief) while a few customers get annoyed with the wait, even calling out to the guy who clearly ignored the customers. He didn't even consider apologising when he finally came to the counter, but acted as though he was being inconvenienced by the customers' interruption.- Waiting almost 10mins for a staff member to come from the back to unlock the pump, only to have him rudely say it was prepay on two of the pumps due to not having enough staff on duty.What about the other pumps that were not on prepay? Where was the sign showing the pumps were on prepay? You know... the one you rudely argued was there but you couldn't see it to point it out because it was NOT there. Possibly the very sign you put out when you thought I had left but I was waiting for traffic...When there's customers waiting to be served, you don't walk away and go on smoko, muck around on your phone where you think customers can't see you, or fiddle with your car where no one can find you.Have a look at the Z website and their values, because there's staff members who are certainly not keeping up with serving the local community and have no clue with their 'don't care' attitude how they are affecting some customers.

Always easy to grab a cheap trailer for a 5 hour time frame, only cost us $35. Never any issues, fast service.

Awful service from unhelpful staff, who make you feel like an inconvenience. Horrible to go to since they got rid of half the pumps on the forecourt. And pretty dam pricey too. Just keep driving.

Terrible service where cashier won't let you use bathroom because she had just cleaned it. Only interested in taking money. Poor uninterested customer service. Indian girl very rude

Completely beautiful staff with nothing but respect for their customer base of course this is my experience and it's a generalisation but I believe in their authenticity of personal professionalism.

4-5 times i notice one indian or fiji skiny girl always talking on phone while customer service.I think Manager need to arrange disciplinary meeting with her.its not good specially on Petro stations
