What ever happened to fast food service. This McDonald's was slow as all hell. Place order through self service kiosk and had to weid for our order to come through.There was numerous numbers at the counter which I saw them going into the bin as well as a couple of ice creams which were melding on the front canter.Who ever was the manager wasn't doing a very good job to keep the team in order

I went at nightIt was kind busy but i didn't have to wait long and i really enjoyed their customers service. I needed help with my order as their were things i wasn't able to say and the person taking my order was one of the best in helping me and i got my order not long after i ordered which i loved as i was really hungry. I would recommend everyone to go check this place out.

No almond milk, no choc milkshakes wasnt told till we were already waiting for our food. Received 1 lot of cold hotcakes, ordered a hotcake happy meal received rock hard pancakes, no fries or condiments.Long wait, understand it was a lil busy but wont stop here again. Caramel lattes tasted weird. I have nothing good to say about this maccas.

Staff seemed disinterested, including a bloke in the kitchen throwing up and catching blocks of cheese slices (which were subsequently used in burger - thanks goodness for gloves!). Everything was super slow, food was very average, drinks were half empty, and the coke tasted awful like it had something in it.

Many people stopped at this McDonald's before heading out of Auckland. Very convenient meeting place with group of friends. Always busy. Convenient to get food but always dirty. Not very hygienic. One of the things I afraid to visit is the McDonald toilet. Try to avoid visit the toilet if you can.

It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been too.Rubbish all over the floor.Tables had Rubbish and dockets all over them.One staff member yelling at another telling her to go to do her job. All the staff walking and doing there jobs so slowly, it's like they didn't want to be their.A customer was there for 23mins then decided to go and ask how far away is her order and then she was told they will do her order right away as it was removed from the screen display.My order was finally called out and they didn't check the docket as they forgot my daughters ice cream.You can here them talking back to each other.This was very very unprofessional, rude and I will no longer buy food from there anymore.I'm a very disappointed Customer and your staff were very rude.

Very disappointing. Had to wait nearly 20mins for simple breakfast order. Way too slow. Manager appeared completely unaware of the unsatisfied customers waiting by the counter. Won't be going back there again.
