I have worked with Chris a lot. He is a really decent guy to deal with. If he cant make the quoted price for the work then he will communicate this to you in a timely manner and work on a plan to get the best outcome. The real test of a shop is what happens when a job goes wrong and it is human nature that things will go wrong from time to time. Just picked up my Holden Cruze, excellent work they even cleaned the whole car and put tire shine on. It looks brand new. Amazing service and the receptionist is awesome

After waiting 3 years for my car to be built and countless arguments with the owner about how i wanted it to be done only for him to ignore contact for upto 8 months at a time. i got my car back to find corners cut i.e brass tek screws holding in my spoiler, wires and buttons disconnected and cut, parts not installed properly causing damage to them or other parts, rare parts i sourced myself were missing and never found to this day only to be replaced with cheaper options.The workers are amazing but it is let down by poor management. vehicle was taken from them on 15th Nov 2019. i mean they never reinstalled my sun visors...i just want my N1 Headlights and sun visors back and i'll change this review.This is after i have asked countless time to resolve this only to be ignored or get nowhere when i go to their establishment because the owner is never there.
