to whoever is reading this.We have found the team at 360 to be very professional and responsive to ensuring that the property we rent is well maintained and issues attended to promptly. We have in our time, had 3 Prop Mangers, but Cherie has been exceptional in getting things organised and sorted. Never a complaint, and also dealing with sometimes random issues. I feel for her. :)I would recommend the company for either as tenants or owners. Well done team 360!

The team at Ray White and particularly Leah McDonald has been an exceptional property manager. She is helpful, friendly, pleasant and professional to work with and responds immediately to queries. After the completion of extensive renovations to our apartment Leah assisted in completing some compliance issues expediently before renting our property. I can highly recommend Leah.

Have been living in our place for just over a month and and am very happy with Leah our property manager. There were a few issues with the flat when we moved in (no fault of theirs) and were remedied very promptly when we brought them up. Leah is always ays quick to text or email back and is able to resolve things quickly. Cheers!

We have really enjoyed our property in Kingsland. Not only is the property in a great area, but Ray White and particularly Leah McDonald have been amazing right from the beginning. Leah is so friendly, professional and respectful when carrying out property inspections and is on top of everything! Responsive when you need something done in the house, so that you're not waiting weeks for someone to come in and fix things as well as ensuring the house gets a regular outside wash etc, it just made living in the house easy and stress free. I have rented for most of my adult life and have to say that the service and friendliness of Rhian Parker at 360 makes for one of the best agent/ tenant relationships I've ever had! Nothing is ever a problem, issues get fixed super quick and Rhian is absolutely lovely. First Google review I've done, because I wanted to recommend and say thanks so much :)
