Very professional, straightforward and open, did what he said he would do. Repaired broken glass on my phone ,and later sorted a problem with no sound on my calls out. Others had consigned my phone to the rubbish, saying it was an old phone and needed an expensive new battery. All fixed simply and fast and inexpensive by Imran. Very very good, so relieved I have my phone back.thank you Imran!

On two occasions in the past few years I have taken my Samsung smart phone to Imran at 3C computers, Oamaru because there was a problem that I didn't know how to fix. On both occasions Imran spent about ten minutes working on the phone, solved the problem and would take no money for his service.I am impressed with his service and manner and would recommend him to anyone. I rang ahead and explained what I needed done, was told he could do it and bring it in. When I went in to the shop discovered he hadn't understood what I wanted done (a text conversation downloaded as a document), and said he would have to do it message by message (screenshot by screenshot I guess?), and it would take him a long time, come back next week. That wasn't what I needed, i guess as English is not his first language he hasn't understood? What a waste of my gas!

Imran is brilliant with what he does. He is helpful honest and obliging. His prices are reasonable and fair. He is the best .My husband broke my phone and without Imrans skill it and my husband would have been destined to the dumpster.
