Outstanding customer service from Julian. Our aircondioning failed in camper van while holidaying in South Island. These guys helpful over our initial phone call and fitted us in the following day. Would never go here again or let any of my friends or family come here. A simple fitment of new tyres on my wheels turned into a nightmare. Coming off the motorway hearing a horrible noise which ended up losing a wheel nut and the other 5 wheel nuts coming loose. Completely destroyed my wheel and my 6 studs had rounded off. I had my 3 year old in the car, things could have been alot worse but all I got was excuses. They replaced and fixed it pretty quickly but were a bit rude towards the end, glares and a bit intimidating and did his best to make me feel uncomfortable.
